Team Building Events

 

At Team Building Direct we have designed some simple but effective team building packages with a variety of themes.  We can also tailor brand new approaches for many other themes as required.



The phrase "team building" gets used a great deal, and it is often used as blanket coverage for everything from "lawn bowls" to "leadership development".

 

Conference level "team building" events are usually amongst the simpler constructs with activities placed inside of themed narratives. 

 

Typcially conference and incentive based team activities are of approximately 2 - 3 hours duration and have the flexibility to integrate teams of approximately 6 - 12 people.

 

As they are required to work within the time and space restrictions that are common to conferences, they all tend to be somewhat of a compromise with regards to their overarching themes.
